What are you watching?
Figured I might as well try and get a thread started and a conversation going. Simply put, this is a thread just to chat/rant about a series/movie that your either A: currently watching and enjoying, or B: totally I love with and want to share the love. :P I'll go first, I'm currently watching an anime series (I only actually watch anime rather than regular TV anymore) know as Death Note, and almost finished watching Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai (the second series). Both a really very good, being Drama, Mystery, Horror, Psycho Thriller types. They really get you thinking and your heart pumping. (btw, if your interested in Higurashi, please watch the first series first, otherwise it will make absolutely no sense. has the same name -kai, and is very graphical and violent, but beautiful at the same time.) I highly recommend both these series, as long as you have the stomach for a good sized serving of gore and violence, and a side of psychosis. But despite this, the characters really are very well portrayed, which really brings these series to life. But they can be quite entertaining, and funny to watch if you can get beyond the blood. Well, hopefully we might be able to have a decent conversation over this, even if it is just random banter. PS, yeah, I am a bit fucked in the head for watching such animes, then turning around and laughing my guts out at the horror scenes. But as long as your having a good time, who cares. Thats what programs a for, right?
