Right now Im in hovering around 200-250.
How Did Your Last Guild(s) Fail You?: GUYS have 2 epic morons on Warrior who are just making sure they can never get in Champ range or get a Silver cape, and since one of them is leader and they don't give me playtime ever ever I can't change anything about it.
Describe Your Personality While Playing: I don't rage (but then again, I have a neutral voice, so ít's hard for me to do), I follow orders even if I don't fully agree with them but I always try to do the best (after discussing it properly)

How do you respond to constructive criticism: To be honest, I found that a lot of guilds who asked me this don't actually give me any proper criticism or observe the matches enough. I try to give as much constructive criticism I can to help other players improve, however I have been kicked from a guild once because one of the officers was just 100% sure he was right and I was wrong, even though several facts backed me up. I hope you guys are different.
Why do you want to join this guild? I have played with 3 of your members before as fair as I know: Krystal (10+ GvGs and some HA), Parkietje (Who I actually only did some HA with, he didn't even remember me :cry:), and Ayna (Is he even in this guild? If he isn't disregard this)
What makes you more qualified than the next applicant for your position? I'm not retarded like a lot of people. That means I don't make mistakes more than once, I actually improve over the course of my stay with a guild, and I'm up for a joke (I also know what sarcasm is :))
Do you have any references? I could post some people I know who can tell you I'm oh so good, or you could guest me in a smurf which I believe you have (?) and you can see for yourself.
