How Did Your Last Guild(s) Fail You?:
The only guild I have been in is one with my real life friends and we've played together since beta. We began real GvG about a year ago and have played consistently in the 200-300 rank area, yet after the others have taken a break and come back I feel like my friends have lost the competitive drive and have drifted away from GW however I still enjoy GvG'ing, and am looking for a serious guild that has an aim to be in the top 100.
Describe Your Personality While Playing:
Fairly focused, I like to keep my talking to the relevant things regarding the fight, while when I'm feeling cocky I joke around quite a bit. I make sure my teammates are aware of what I'm trying to do in the moment, and I am not overly discouraged by losses.

How do you respond to constructive criticism:
Silently accept and act on it. If I feel the criticism would not benefit me I would not hesitate to say it but I generally would try any changes requested of me before disregarding them.
Why do you want to join this guild?
I am looking for a more serious guild that is not going to disband after a few falls, dedication is important to me and Axe definitely seems like a guild that is more likely to stick through the long run and can stand up from a fall.
What makes you more qualified than the next applicant for your position?
I am used to dedication and am willing to go through a lot to reach a goal, I'm willing to drop 50 rating if I can come out with some new knowledge and a better understanding
Do you have any references?
I have only been in a guild with my real life friends, their opinion would only be biased, but I am a very rage-free individual who is pretty open to criticism.

I hope my lack of guild variety isn't a big issue, if you would be willing to put me through a tryout or let me play in a few smurf games I would love to be able to prove myself.
