Large angry men - only existed for a month, maybe more, then my best two officers raged
How Did Your Last Guild(s) Fail You?: Lack of dedication - some players would claim to be available daily but those people definitely had other priorities. We were in the process of getting 1-2 more core people so we could daily gvg without having to draw on guests. Grrr was made with the intent to learn and get better in a serious pvp environment - not casual gvg.

Why do you want to join this guild? You guys at least know OF me, other serious guilds probably dont want me.
What makes you more qualified than the next applicant for your position? I believe communication is one of the most important things in the guild - if you shut the communication down you're going to fail for sure. I seek to improve to become top-200/500/or whatever status.
